To give you a truly holistic view of your health and wellness, we’ll take time to explore your current and past health, lifestyle, nutrition, and the social and emotional factors that might be affecting how you feel. We’ll also carry out both conventional assessments (like blood pressure, pulse, and respiratory checks) and complementary ones (such as iridology, tongue, and nail analysis) when needed.

You will be provided a personalised Wellness Plan with dietary and lifestyle advice and a prescription of supplements and/ or herbal medicine to support your journey. A follow-up consultation is essentially a check-in to reassess your progression and health concern(s). Conventional and complimentary will be performed again, and results from any pathological and/ or functional tests previously recommended will be discussed at this time. Changes to your Wellness Plan (nutrition, lifestyle and prescription) will be made in an accordance to how everything is going.

Follow-up consultations should generally be scheduled in 2-6 week intervals. This will be informed entirely by your presentation and goals.

Think of this as your very own warrant of fitness- identifying common pollutants and toxins, nutrient deficiencies, organ imbalances, underlying infections and food sensitivities provides. The results provide important insights when identifying the underlying causes of dysfunction.
